LGSH Construction is Luis Sanchez's company, working out of Memphis, Tennessee — the 901 — and 65 miles in every direction around it. The photos on this site are the honest résumé: patios stamped into wood plank and slate, driveways poured straight and broom-finished, floors stained with acid color or coated in epoxy flake, fences standing plumb. One material, mastered

Plenty of contractors do a little of everything. This company does concrete — poured, stamped, stained, sealed — and the wood fences that frame it. Working one material every day is how a driveway gets the right base and joints for Memphis clay, how a stamp lands crisp instead of smeared, and how a color coat comes out even from the first foot to the last.

Over 15 years in the hard finishes

Our own advertising says it plainly: over 15 years of experience in stamped concrete, epoxy resin and wood fences. Those three are no accident — they are the trades where the finish is the product, where a rushed hour shows forever, and where the years are the difference between a floor that looks poured and a floor that looks designed.

Commercial and residential, one standard
