These terms cover concrete and fence work by LGSH Construction. They are written to be read.

Estimates and what can change one

An estimate is based on what you describe and what your photos show. Concrete work lives partly underground, and the ground keeps secrets — an old slab that has to come out, roots, soft soil that needs more base than planned. If what we find is meaningfully different from what was quoted, we talk before we pour, never after. The price does not grow behind your back.

Weather sets the schedule

Concrete pours on the weather's permission. Rain, a hard freeze or brutal heat can move a pour date, because pouring into the wrong sky ruins the work you are paying for. If the forecast moves your date, you hear from us as soon as we know, with the next real date — not silence.

Access and the workspace

A pour needs room: cars off the driveway before we arrive, gates unlocked, pets inside, and a clear path for wheelbarrows or the truck's chute. For fence work, knowing where your property line sits is your call to make before we set posts. Tell us the plan once and it stays the plan.

Curing takes its own time

New concrete is finished before it is ready. Foot traffic, car tires, furniture on a fresh epoxy floor — each has its own waiting period, and we tell you exactly what it is for your job before we leave. Respecting those days is part of the work; a driveway driven on too soon is a problem no crew can pour away afterward.

Photos of the work

We may photograph finished work for this website — every photo on it is our own work, and that only stays true if we keep taking them. Photos show the concrete and the fence — never your address, faces, valuables or anything that identifies your home or business. Tell us if you would rather we did not; that is always fine.
